Parent Fellowship
Greetings SSCA Parents,
Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Sylvia Gaines and I will serve as Parent Fellowship (PF) Advisor for the 2011-2012 school year. The purpose of Parent Fellowship is to serve the school by supporting its mission, programs, and activities.
As parents of a child attending SSCA we are all part of PF and I strongly encourage you to take an active role in your child's education. We understand that with the varying responsibilities of dual-working, as well as single parent households, there are few parents who are able to make long-term commitment to volunteering. This year some changes were made to PF to make it easier for parents to get involved. I hope these changes will make it easier for everyone to participate.
